Johnny J. Sullivan, Owner Sullivan Construction / Grave & Cemetery Contractor Johnny J. Sullivan is the owner of Sullivan Construction Co. He resides in West Jefferson with his wife Phyllis Sullivan. Born in the Horse Creek community of Ashe County, Johnny has served families since the early 1970's by opening and closing graves and preparing the grave sites for final ceremonies and burial. |
